More about Benjamin

  • He left home at 10 to pursue excellence in his sport : table tennis.
  • His journey was shaped by the demands of elite sport : 200 days a year competing, 7 hours of daily training, tough choices, wins and losses
  • He wasn’t seen as naturally talented, so he created his own definition of talent. Seeking what would set him apart in such a highly competitive environment. He then discovered what made him different : mental strength, constant self-reflection, and the drive to go further.
  • Later, in conversations with ambitious individuals and athletes, he heard the same doubts and needs he had once faced, only this time, with a different perspective and maturity.
  • That’s when he realized his true talent : the ability to see and feel beyond the surface to inspire human potential.
  • He developed his own method and trained in mental preparation, while being mentored by the best
  • Today, he’ve broaden his scope of action doing public speaking and working with top athletes, executives and actors, all seeking clarity, resilience, and performance under pressure.

Educational journey

His school of life has been elite sport: 20 years of personal research and difficult choices to grow both a personal project and a team : the French National Team.

In parallel, he earned a diploma in management from the University of Strasbourg. He then joined Sciences Po, where he pursued a general degree while managing his first company, PingPang&Co.

He began supporting his first clients by drawing on his own experience, and soon professionalized his approach by creating La Ping-Pong Method and completing a professional coaching program at Coaching Ways (certified by International Coaching Federation/RNCP).

As he was increasingly invited to give conferences, he completed a TEDx-style professional speaking training at EmLyon.

Today, he continues this development by surrounding himself with excellence and regularly being supervised, mentored, and coached by the best.
